- Free Shipping: All orders over $50.00 ship for free. (Pro-tip: Adding a second set or upgrading to a Lounge Kit typically clears this threshold).
- Origin: Every piece is handcrafted by our partners in the Caribbean and quality-checked at our Virginia Beach, VA studio before being dispatched to you.
The 30-Day Unwind Guarantee:
We want you to feel as confident as you are comfortable. If your set is not a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery.
- Condition: To honor the hygiene standards of boutique sleepwear, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Pro-tip: Shower first before trying on to ensure no make-up or perfume fragrances are transferred to the garment.
- The Limited Art Exchange Policy: Because our designs are limited to small batches, we cannot guarantee that the same print will be available for exchange once a fabric roll is depleted. In these cases, a boutique credit or alternative sleepwear will be offered.
- Lounge Kit and Sleepwear Sets Returns: To receive a full refund, the entire kit (including the Boss Chic socks and travel pouch) must be returned in its original Art Box.
The 365-Day Defect Protection:
We already know the fabric holds. That is why we back every piece for a full year.
If your set experiences any stitching failure, structural defect, or material breakdown within 365 days of delivery, we replace it. No forms. No runaround. One message to our team and it is handled.
- What qualifies: Seam separation, stitching failure, fabric structural breakdown, loss of shape or structural integrity, broken fibers or pilling from normal wear (not caused by abrasive surfaces or improper laundering), and color fading under standard washing conditions.
- What does not qualify: Damage from improper care, abrasive surfaces, harsh detergents, or items outside the 365-day window.
- The Review Process: To activate your protection, the affected set must be returned to our studio for inspection. We will know within one look whether the issue originates from our construction or from outside conditions. If it is on us, we replace it immediately. This process protects you from receiving a defective piece and protects the integrity of a guarantee we intend to honor for every customer who deserves it.
