This Legal Notice governs your use of finessepop.com and all content, products, and materials made available through it. By accessing or using this site, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below. These protections exist to preserve the integrity of a brand built from original creative work, genuine craftsmanship, and a business model no competitor can replicate.

1. Copyright

All content on finessepop.com is the exclusive property of FP COM LLC and is protected under the United States Copyright Act and applicable international copyright law. This includes but is not limited to:

Product designs, prints, and fabric patterns
Photography, video, and visual content
Written copy, product descriptions, brand narratives, and taglines
Graphics, logos, icons, and brand identity elements
The Art Box design and packaging presentation
All content published on associated social media channels

No content from this site may be reproduced, copied, downloaded, stored, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without the prior express written consent of FP COM LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of copyrighted material is a violation of federal law and will be pursued accordingly.

2. Trademark

The following names, phrases, and identifiers are brand assets of FP COM LLC and may be protected under United States trademark law:

Limited Edition by Nature
Supersoft Luxe-Stretch
The New Boutique Standard

Use of any of the above names, phrases, or identifiers in connection with any product, service, or commercial activity without the express written authorization of FP COM LLC is strictly prohibited. Such unauthorized use constitutes trademark infringement and unfair competition under applicable law.

The absence of a registered trademark symbol next to any of the above does not constitute a waiver of any intellectual property rights FP COM LLC may hold in those marks.

3. Intellectual Property

The limited edition print designs, fabric patterns, silhouette architecture, and visual identity of Finesse Popular are proprietary creative works developed exclusively by FP COM LLC. Each design is produced from a single factory overrun fabric roll and is retired permanently upon depletion. These designs are original, finite, and ownable.

The following acts are expressly prohibited without the prior written consent of FP COM LLC:

Reproducing, copying, or replicating any Finesse Popular print or design pattern for any purpose
Manufacturing, producing, or distributing garments or products that replicate or are substantially similar to any Finesse Popular design
Using any Finesse Popular design, pattern, or visual element in any commercial context
Reverse engineering or sampling any design element from our products or photography for commercial reproduction
Selling, licensing, or sublicensing any element of our design work without authorization

FP COM LLC actively monitors for unauthorized reproduction of its designs and will pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief and claims for damages, against any individual or entity found in violation.

4. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)

Our Commitment

FP COM LLC respects the intellectual property of others and expects the same in return. We respond promptly to clear and complete notices of alleged copyright infringement submitted in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. Section 512).

Reporting Infringement

If you believe that any content on finessepop.com infringes upon a copyright you own or control, please submit a written DMCA notice to our designated contact containing all of the following:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf

Note: FP COM LLC recommends registering a designated DMCA agent with the United States Copyright Office at copyright.gov/dmca-agent to maintain full safe harbor protections under 17 U.S.C. Section 512(c)(2).
