Return shipping instructions come from us. Once your return arrives and is inspected, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days back to your original payment method. No surprises.
Return Conditions

Try it on, but do not wash it or wear it out. Tags must still be attached.
Return in the original Art Box with all included items. Lounge Kits must include the socks and travel pouch.
The clock starts on your delivery date, not your order date. Check your tracking confirmation.
A small tip from us: Shower before you try your set on. Perfume and makeup transfer to the fabric and affect eligibility. We want you to love it. Set yourself up to say yes.

Free at $50
All orders over $50 ship free. Adding a second set or moving up to a Lounge Kit usually clears that threshold. Just saying.

The Limited Art Exchange
When the fabric is gone, the design retires forever.
Our designs are limited to single fabric rolls. If you request an exchange and that exact print has sold out, we cannot reorder it. That is not a policy loophole. That is the nature of what we build.
In those cases, we will offer you a boutique credit for the full value of your purchase or help you select an alternative design you love just as much. We will not leave you empty-handed. That is not who we are.
