Every order placed at finessepop.com is handled with the same care that goes into making the piece itself. Your Art Box is prepared at our Virginia Beach studio and dispatched promptly. Here is exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.

You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your Art Box has been dispatched.

Because every piece is handmade and quality-checked before leaving our studio, we do not rush this step. The 1 to 2 business day window is our standard and we honor it.


Shipping Rates

Flat Rate Shipping. No Surprises.

  • Lounge Kits: $6.99 flat rate shipping

  • Individual Sleepwear Sets: $4.99 flat rate shipping

Free Shipping: All orders over $50.00 ship free. Pro-tip: Adding a second set or upgrading to a Lounge Kit typically clears this threshold.

The rate you see at checkout is the rate you pay. We do not add handling fees, fuel surcharges, or any additional costs after the fact.


Delivery Timeframe

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location within the United States.

Total estimated time from order placement to delivery: 4 to 7 business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control may affect transit times. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, contact our team directly and we will investigate immediately.


Where Your Order Ships From

Every piece in the Finesse Popular gallery is handcrafted by our partners in the Caribbean and quality-checked at our Virginia Beach, Virginia studio before being dispatched to you. This two-step process is how we ensure that what arrives at your door meets The Finesse Standard.

We ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Use that number to monitor your delivery directly with the carrier.

If you have not received a tracking confirmation within 2 business days of your order, contact us at info@finessepop.com or 757-582-9713 and we will locate your order immediately.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows delivered but your package has not arrived, contact our team within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Finesse Popular is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@finessepop.com or 757-582-9713. We will do our best to update your address before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it. Orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address are not eligible for a free reship. A new order would need to be placed.
