Delivery Time

5 to 7 business days after your order ships. You will receive a tracking number the moment it leaves us.

Orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days. Small-batch and handmade means we handle every box ourselves.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it does not arrive within 24 hours of your order confirmation, check your spam folder first, then contact us.

Lost or Damaged Shipment

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us immediately. We will open an investigation and make it right. You should not have to fight a carrier claim on your own. We handle it.

Wrong Address
